Something Wrong is a main quest that occurs towards the end of act 1 of Dragon Age: The Veilguard. It’ll require you to hunt down some blight samples to show as proof to the First Warden. On this page, we’ll provide the necessary steps to finding all five samples.
Rooks needs to find a way to prove to the first warden that there is a problem.

Starting Something Wrong¶
You’ll need to work alongside the team to try and find more proof that the blight is changing to show the First Warden, but you’ll need to make sure you select the right team for the upcoming battles and we recommend that you bring along ??
Investigate The Blight¶
Head over to the nearby merchant and purchase some upgrades, then make your way over to the southeast of Lavendel until you reach the Blighted Tunnel. You’ll now need to track down five blight samples, so work your way through the tunnel (while avoiding the dropping explosives) and destroying any boils you come across.

Exit the cave to reach the Old Crossroads and take a left, then you’ll find another boil in the corner which can’t be destroyed until you’ve removed any boils connected to it. Go over to the large open area to the north and shoot the boil on the cave entrance, then head over to the center of the area and shoot another boil to free the ballista. Shoot the boil in front of the ballista to accidentally free an elite enemy and then use the ballista to take it down quickly.
Something Wrong Rewards¶
Grab the final sample from inside the cave and return them to Evka and Antoine to trigger a cutscene, then the quest will come to a close and you’ll be rewarded with +3,250 XP, 
Reinforced Regiment Leathers, Mercenary Blade, +400 Grey Wardens Strength and Companion Bond Increase.
